Powers: His can manipulate his environment around him. He can manipulate something but he cannot create it from thin air, there has to be something there for him to use already. His power can be avoided if someone is smart. Also if someone attacks his mind or distracts him too much, he looses focus and his power becomes harder to do. It takes concentration, over the years he has gotten very good but it weakens him if he uses it for too long or from a farther off place. It only work within a 20 feet radius unless he really concentrates which takes a lot out of him.
