The golf course is no longer in business. The Occumbo coven bought it so they could reside there. They chose it for the free space and the quiet it provides. It's secured by seven foot stones walls. Any one who tries entering, that isn't a member of the Occumbo coven, will be captured and thrown in the captive room.
