Ginevra walked from her office and into the store; every once in a while muttering a "Hi" to the art customers as she passed. She really hated it when a customer thought of her stuck up or rude. When she reached the exit doors she remembered something she had forgotten to do. She needed to figure every ones pay. It was already hard for a girl who pretended to be seventeen to be running a store such as this. Not many her 'age' own or are the managers of any kind of good business store. It wasn't like it was a bank though so she shouldn't have to worry about others suspicions. Her store was a simple art supply place that held some classes every now and then. "I can do that later. It's not that important; not when I have four days to do it." She thought walking out the opened doors. Fresh air reached her nose and the sight of children playing at the park across the street came to her icy blue eyes. She didn't linger to long though. She needed to go hunt before her throat started bothering her to much.
The house was empty. She hadn't a clue where her roommates were but had no intentions on asking where they went off too. She wanted to hunt first. It didn't take her long at all to hunt down a deer. She kept on it trail sniffing it out and quickly finding it. It was a mother though. Ginny could never kill a mother and leave the baby abandoned; it just wasn't like her. And she definitely wouldn't kill the baby. It took her five minutes to catch the scent of another and only two to tackle it down. The blood cooled down her throat quickly and she was even full by it.
A sigh escaped her lips as she found herself at the river . Ginny smiled as the light wind blew her hair back. Today it was in her natural curly instead of straightened with a clip holding her bangs back. She started walking along side the border in deep thought. Before she knew it she was on their side. To make matter worse the stench of a shifter seemed as if it were close. "Oh." She said running back over. "Oops."

Hayley didn't had a good day from the morning until now. At work she had a murder to solve and its a murder of her own kind. How would she be able to explain that stuff? hello its a vampire doofus! yeah right, and she's a witch? Hayley sighed as she was tapping with her pencil on her desk, this was so stressing her out. Her partner she worked with came her way and gave her a sandwich. '' thank god you're in my life! '' she said grateful and took a bite of what tasted like a ham cheese sandwich.
Hayley smiled softly as he tapped her shoulder and left. She got up and looked at someone sitting across the room. '' I'm going on a field trip. '' she said softly, what did the woman care? Hayley walked out the room and into the fresh air. Hayley drove herself to a place called La Push, she had never been there and didn't saw a reason not to go now. She arrived at the edge of a forest. It was quiet but beautiful on its own way.
Hayley walked herself through the woods and the trees and felt pretty comfortable already. A smell hit her, and she didn't know what it was so she started running like crazy. How to solve a problem like this. A smell she never smelled in 250 years. That was freaking her out just a little. Hayley arrived at some point in the woods where she fell. Vampire or not, she was clumsy as hell. She would never get over that.
If she wasn't falling because she bumped onto an ant, its a miracle. Hayley got onto her feet as she heard a voice saying oops. '' its not the first time i fall because of a little rock in my way.'' hayley said softly and looked at the girl. '' my name's Hayley '' she said and reached out her hand to shake it.

Ginny stood there in silence with the calmest most relaxed expression on her face. She knew very well she wouldn't stand a chance against a shapeshifter. Not only does she choose not to fight, she's never fought someone. Something told her she wouldn't have to worry though. After seeing no shapeshifter was around she wasn't to bothered. Then another scent hit her nose. A vampire.
'' its not the first time i fall because of a little rock in my way.''
At first Ginny just stared. She was always cautious around vampires because she had blood running through her veins. After she saw this vampire had golden eyes she knew she didn't need to worry. A soft smile appeared on her little face as she shook her hand. "I'm Ginny. Pleasure to meet you Hayley."
"I'm clumsy too." She giggled referring to her falling. It was the first time she had ever seen a vampire trip but there was a first for everything!
It wouldn't be long before Hayley would ask questions. It was always the same questions. What are you? How is that possible? Do you age? Will you die? Can you eat human food? And usually after those they want to know how hybrids function. She wasn't sure what kind of questions Hayley would be asking but she was prepared for them. Unless this vampire has met a hybrid before. That would be a little strange though considering there weren't many of them in the world.
"Do you know anything about the treaty?" She asked in her soft day-dreamy like voice. Her hand pointed at the imaginary line. "I heard it's changed but I really don't know anything about it." She gave a soft shrug lowering her hand again.

Hayley shook the girl's hand as she was called Ginny. Hayley smiled. '' its nice to meet you too. '' she said softly as she wiped the dirt off her clothes. She looked at the young girl, she had a funny smell, sweet but not too sweet. New perfume? might be a good reason for the sweetness. Hayley didn't say anything though and looked around to see any dirt , cause thats what she smelled before. She looked back at the girl who said she could be clumsy too. '' its terrible isn't it?'' Hayley smiled and looked around to observe this place.
It looked kind of green, nice though but green. the girl mentioned a treaty and hayley shook her head. '' never heard of one, never been here before, I mean yes i used to live in forks but that was ages ago. '' she chuckled and then frowned. '' are there treaties for humans? or aren't you human but a new kind of species i haven't met before? '' hayley frowned. She was not good in these things, give her a murder case and she was on the roll but this wasn't her thing, making new friends.
Hayley smiled softly. '' I really have no idea of this stuff, I'm from Seattle so i don't come by here much, its more boredom that drove me here, not that i regret it of course, Its nice to meet someone who actually doesn't look at my eyes all the time like I'm a bunny with weird colors. '' Hayley giggled and sat down softly.

They both didn't know the treaty then. It would be best for the two to not cross in that case. "Oh. I'm not human. At least not completely. There's a treaty here between a clan and the shapeshifters. The shapshifters live in La Push while the coven called the Olympic Coven live in Forks. They supposedly don't cross lands. The shapeshifters will try to kill them in that case. I don't want to chance my life though. So I think I'll stick around this side of the forest." She giggled lightly. "I'm new here too. I'm from London, England! And you don't have to worry about me staring at you. I know all about vampires." Another giggle escaped her at Hayleys 'bunny with weird colors' comment. Hayley seemed to be a pretty funny and nice person.
"I'm a hybrid." She finally answered the question in her soft, day dreamy-like voice. "My father was a vampire and my mother a human. I have traits from both species. My kind is extremely rare. Not many vampire hybrids running around." Hayely would be able to tell she is foreign simply by her British accent. She never felt the need to hide it unless she is speaking with a human. According to her fake past she is from Florida, which isn't a full lie, but still needs to mask it with a more American accent.
Ginny sat on a low tree branch making herself comfortable just as Hayley did. "I'm stronger than a human," She began taking a small rock from the ground and making it a powder with her hands. "But not nearly as strong as a vampire."

Hayley played with her jacket as she listened to the girl. Hayley frowned when she said not completely human. '' that does sound fun you know, and i thought you just had a great perfume. '' Hayley said softly. The young girl being an old vampire didn't do much vampire experience, to be honest she just wanted to do what she loves to do. Hayley looked at Ginny and smiled. '' I noticed your accent dear, its pretty funny to me but hey, I'm just an all american red head so who cares right. '' she chuckled and watched her sitting down as well.
Hayley watched her as she said she was a hybrid. Hayley just smiled and said nothing special. '' well love has no boundaries, so you might not be the only one. '' hayley said smiling. She remembered the day she met someone the size of a toddler and already around fifty years old, she never really got surprised after finding out he wasn't the only one. Sometimes even victims were like this. one of a kind, they think they are but in real life they have many faces just looking like them.
Hayley never met her non biologic twin so she was good by hoping to be one of a kind. So far it was working. '' well sometimes i doubt me being a vampire you know, they always say that vampires are flawless, never noticed it with myself, i make mistakes, even if they're small all the time, makes me wonder if i'm just an immortal human who drinks blood for fun. '' hayley said softly with a playful smile.
