He is a mix between insane, and coldly rational. His mind breaks into mad goals and dreams, but relapses enough to recognize how to put such ideas into motion. He is proud, angry, and usually loves what he does. He loves the night, viewing it as his species true realm, describing his day appearance as 'hidious glitter'.
He has an enormous mind-set to create order out of chaos, viewing order as more chaotic than chaos itself. He also believes that things must be destroyed in order to be recreated, again. He has a hatred for humans, and all things soft, including vampies who do not consume humans in their diets.

Strengths: He has an extremely fast, and cunning intellect, that can usually get him out of ill situations. He is charasmatic-enough to bring most who are not against him over to his side. He takes high risks, usually with an eye for what will work, and has high gains in return. He has a large number of plans, usually with an array of back-up ones.
Weaknesses: He goes too far, usually getting many hurt in the process. He takes high risks, which has currently been working for him, but could quickly blow-up in his face. His motives are jumbled, and often switches plans.
Powers:
Cloning: Yes, he can clone himself. He enjoys having an extra pair of hands in fighting, but also enjoys talking to himself. The clone has his memories and personality, and all of his vampire abilities save the ability to create clones. The clone can sometimes persuade him on an errand. The clone is usually okay about being a clone, and is complacent in serving its original, usually returning back into the original body once whatever task is complete.
Reality Warping: Being insane, this is a mad man's dream (okay, depends on which mad person you ask). Sometimes he can drive others insane, because they can see his delusions, because his 'delusions' he has made real. He can only affect places he is close to, and cannot create people, only alter the environment and create objects. The time it takes depends on the detail he is willing to put into it. He can quickly create a sword, but the sword may lack texture if instantly thought of (of course, he could always add texture later). Destroying or changing things that already exist can also be more difficult, but is possible. Having this power, everything he does has become a sort of virtual reality, with himself enjoying every moment of it.
History: He was born to perfectly normal parents, in Paris, France. He was educated in Paris, up until after college, majoring in Nursing. He got a job as a doctor. His intellect made him proud, but underneath the intellegence, he was at war with his own interpretation of reality.
After being placed in a psychiatric ward, a group of vampires chose the place to feed. Since those that saw them were seriously mentally-ill, the vampires figured those there would probably just be seen as, well, seriously mentally-ill. When they met Beeze, they were so entertained by his madness, that they wanted to make him a vampire, so that he could continue to 'entertain' them. However, as soon as they broke him out, Beeze killed them.
He gained two powers, something that rarely happens, one of which being cloning. Being able to talk with himself, Beeze found to be lots of fun, and helped sort-out his plans, by having someone to talk about them with. When fighting, it maddened enemies, and made it much easier to kill them. His other power was reality warping. Since Beeze didn't have a good grasp on reality, being able to shape certain aspects of it where he was, made everyone else insane, and he himself perfectly sane, because he was the one shaping it. With a new first for blood, and the will to affect all others, he began gathering followers, promising some everything from world domination to a decent snack for the night. He has since moved out of Franze, gathering followers across the UK, and then into Canada, before moving down into the US.[THE PUPPETEER]PM
