In her human life, Bella was always stumbling. Not only physically, but with her words. Sometimes she would get so nervous or excited that she would stutter. She was extremely stubborn and she fought for everything she wanted. Bella always loved with her whole heart.
Now as a vampire, those feelings have only intensified. She no longer stumbles or stutters, instead she can move flawlessly and speak effortlessly without even a minor slip up. Her stubbornness can lead to her getting very angry and when she loves, nothing can stop her. Especially when it comes to Edward and Renesmee.

Isabella Marie (Swan) Cullen was born to Charlie Swan and Renee Dwyer on September 13, 1987 in Forks, Washington. When Bella was five, her parents split up and Bella moved to California before moving permanently to Phoenix, Arizona with her mother. When Renee got remarried to Phil Dwyer, a minor league baseball player, Bella moved back to Forks with her dad so her mom could travel.
After moving to Forks, Bella met Edward Cullen. She soon realized he was not your average teenage boy, he was in fact a vampire along with his whole family. They instantly fell in love. Three years later, they got married when Bella was 18. On their honeymoon at Isle Esme, a private island, something impossible happened. Bella got pregnant.
Edward wanted to remove the baby because it was killing Bella, but Bella with the help of Edward's sister Rosalie, wouldn't allow it. Not long after, the baby was born and in the process, Bella almost died but Edward saved her by injecting her with venom. She was now a vampire. Her daughter Renesmee Carlie Cullen, named after all of her grandparents, was a human/vampire hybrid. Jacob Black, Bella's best friend the werewolf, imprinted on her minutes after her birth. Bella adjusted quickly to vampire life and Renesmee was alive and well. The Volturi wanted to dispose of Renesmee, thinking she was an immortal child, but the Cullens gathered witnesses and the wolves which in the end, stopped their attempts. Bella and her family currently live in Forks, Washington.

With every word that Jacob spoke, Bella felt her heart drop more and more. She knew Jake was right. As much as she wished he was wrong, he was right. But still she couldn't fathom that what she was doing was truly hurting him. Bella understood that it hurt when she stopped kissing him because of Edward, or stayed away because of Edward; but he was her boyfriend. Yes, she loved Jacob too.Edward was who she was with right then but sometimes she got carried away. When you love someone that tends to happen. But it shouldn't happen. She shouldn't lead Jacob on like that when she has a boyfriend because it makes things worse. A small sigh slipped from her lips. A sad sigh.
Bella looked into Jacob's eyes and felt tears forming in her own. "I knew... I knew this would happen if I told you." She put her hands over his and gently removed them from her face. She got up and walked across the room. It was pouring rain now but she was tempted to walk out the door and never come back. She would leave and go somewhere far away where, hopefully, no one would ever find her again. Bella knew that if she told Jacob she loved him, that he would tell her to choose. Tell her to choose him. He had been doing that all along, but this time it was different. This time he knew how she truly felt and it was killing her. She knew that she wasn't the only one with problems; she wasn't the only one hurting in this situation. For some reason, she thought she was worse off than everyone else. Being in love with a vampire and a werewolf, with them loving her back. Vampires and werewolves were already sworn enemies, but this only made things worse. Bella felt a tear slip down her cheek as she stared at the door. "I can't... I can't choose. Not yet... I know that doesn't seem fair. I know that I should just get it over with. But I can't."
